WeShipFloors.com sells only first quality products. All products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Cabin or tavern grade products are not covered by warranty. The industry wide waste standard for flooring set forth by the manufacturers is 5%. This means up to 5% of your flooring could be waste / damaged within the new unopened boxes. Unless in the box waste/damage exceeds 5% of the total order, the manufacturer cannot be held responsible.
Pictures on website are for reference and products should not be ordered from pictures. DO NOT ORDER FLOORING WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING A SAMPLE! WeShipFloors is not responsible for orders that do not match online photography. Return charges will apply for product returned for this reason. Again, if you order your flooring and would like to return it without first receiving a sample you will pay a restocking fee and ALL shipping cost.
All orders are final upon receiving payment. If you choose to cancel your order, there will be a 25% restocking and handling fee or a 5% processing fee depending upon if the product has shipped yet. WeShipFloors ships directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. The manufacturer charges us the same percentage for returns. If you cancel in enough time that we can stop the shipment from leaving the manufacturers warehouse, we will waive the restocking fee that applies. If the order has already been picked up by the Carrier, all shipping fees will be charged for both the ship out and return. The refund amount, with or without the restocking fee will only be given once the material arrives at our location or the manufacturers warehouse. A DEFINITE 5% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE WILL APPLY ON ALL CANCELLED ORDERS. We have to pay this fee to the credit card company - you'll have to pay it as well.
Refunds could take up to 7-10 business days to process. We do not take returns after 30 days from the order date. There is a 4 carton minimum on all returns.
We do not accept returns on moldings, underlayment and accessories.
Full payment must be received before the product leaves our warehouse.
The smaller an order is, the more impact the freight charge will have on your total cost per square foot. This freight factor causes us to miss most small order sales.. We no long ship free samples to customers who wish to purchase orders less than 300 square feet for this reason. Free samples aren't free - on average we have about $7 per sample invested. We will send you samples for small orders for the USPS shipping fee. We will gladly still take your small quantity order over the phone. You will however be charged an additional $50 handling fee because we're not making enough money on the sale to pay our people to process your order.
Promotions and Discounts
Occasionally we get specials on products that allow us to generate promotions and discounts. These promos are created to stimulate sales for our company. All previous sales are final. Discounts and promos are NOT retroactive and apply solely to sales made during the designated promotional days. Restocking fees apply to all returns or requests for refunds.
All products are direct shipped from our manufacture’s warehouse via common carrier. Once the product ships, a tracking number will be generated to enable you to track our shipment. You will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to schedule a time.
All residential deliveries are CURB-SIDE deliveries, so please note that a residential delivery does not include the product being brought inside the house or even unloaded off the truck. We use common carriers on all our shipments, so the drivers are not required to unload it, but some may help. The cartons must be taken off the pallet one by one, unless a forklift is present. A liftgate and inside delivery can be requested, but additional fees do apply.
Even though we strive to make sure that your product gets there all in one piece, sometimes cartons do get damaged. Make sure to make a note of every carton damaged on the driver's delivery receipt otherwise no claim can be filed. Freight Carriers require that we salvage all the good material in the boxes. So, the replacement cartons will have to equal the DAMAGED PORTION to the nearest greater number of cartons. Example: If there are three cartons damaged, but only 10 individual boards are damaged between the three, we will send you one carton. WE DO NOT DELIVERY ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS! Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, and in some rare cases even longer. So please check with your salesperson for an estimated shipping time period.
Delivery and Lead Times
All delivery dates are estimates. WeShipFloors cannot guarantee specific timetables. **DO NOT schedule installation until product is received!**
Buyer/installer is responsible for final inspection as to grade, color, finish, defects and other quality issues. Do not install defective product! Use constitutes acceptance. Buyer should retain mill code information on boxes. Always store product in climate controlled conditions. Installation must be performed in accordance with instructions and National Wood Flooring Association guidelines. Per instructions, flooring must fully acclimate in installation area (approximately 3-14 days). Buyer/installer is solely responsible for checking moisture levels in both product and subfloor prior to installing. WeShipFloors recommends using a licensed, professional wood flooring installer. Although WeShipFloors may recommend products, Buyer/installer is ultimately responsible for ensuring that products are appropriate for and compatible with jobsite conditions. WeShipFloors is not responsible or liable for damages resulting from errors, misuse or negligence by Buyer/installer. WeShipFloors does not perform installations of flooring and disclaims any and all liability for installation.
Our policy states that we will provide 5 free samples per household. We reserve the right to deny sample requests from individuals attempting to manipulate said policy.
